yes, I'm back in Miri. and leaving on Thursday. I'll be busy pampering myself too much these couple of days I suppose before going to Kl on the 26th and then 27th to Greece.

another 2 days


I've not been really updating my blog recently though I promised to. I have lots of photos in my memory card waiting to be uploaded. Like the britney spears concert and the two years annivesary. (we watched 2012 that day, and it was awesome! great script, very detailed, very careful handling with the politics) but ever since exams ended, I've been really really busy, with shopping. but I've kept the blog updated with my news using twitter. (on the left column) so it isnt that bad. Shopped quite a lot these two days and thinking about the pair of wedges in Hobbs at the moment. should I or should I not. Our luggage is near overweight. sigh, not very sure about it.

Other than the burberry bag which dear bought me for our2 yrs, I've got burberry trench coat and a gucci fisherman hat from my dad:) Then I've bought quite some clothes these two days. Enough to wear for the whole summer. though I ald have a massive wardrobe. filled with clothes that I've never wear before or only once. *guilty*

Shall be back in Miri soon. Cant wait to get my facial, manicure, pedicure, hair wash and hair cut, massage. I miss all those pampering. I've got my facial booked. I'll be super busy on the first two days back "cleaning" up myself to make sure I look decent. and then another few days, I'll be flying off. Shall enjoy my hols till 9th of december.

2 yrs 2 yrs 2 yrs.


Its our two year annivesary tomorrow. then again, we have plans ahead. though we need to study too. 3 out of 4 papers over and done with. We're planning to eat out for breakfast tommorow morning in the city and and walk around for abit before continuing to study=.= boring stuff. been repeating the same routine for like 2 weeks. I cant wait to fly from the library cage. Then we have plans to indulge in the gold class to watch 2012. (hopefully). Nothing extravagant but I thought it was nice to catch a breath in the midst of the exams period. I got him his present. It's a police watch. and something really small, but indicative of my sincerity.

The last two years I have spent with you was really simple bliss. We didnt have too much dramas, we didnt have extremely romantic. But memories with you were rich, full of happiness. You're always by my side. to share my ups and downs. It didnt matter what type of family background I came from. You taught me to love. just love. I didnt have to care about whatever hypocrites, I didnt have to care about being someone else. because it was all too true. You to me, and I to you. Everytime I thought of how I could have lost you two years ago always serves as a reminder for me, to cherish you. We might not be the perfect couple, we might not have displayed our affection to the rest of the world like there's none else. We were not made to to fit each other but we learn on our way. Thats what i find so true about our relationship. I enjoy the process we learn to give in, and accustom to each other's need. I enjoy the process of falling in love again and again every time we experience something new together. I simply enjoy being in love you. because you're who you are. and who i am when I'm with you.

yes, its just a few hours away from the first paper and I'm still here blogging;) Just wanna wish friends in Miri gd luck with your papers and all.

I'm in fact on cloud 9, with my OLYMPUS EP1 from my parents. Have yet to get a chance to experiment with it yet but then, well. I still appreciate my parents and my sis who got it for me. They actually meant to make it a surprise. so sweet of them:) and my dad told me to get my phone, HTC HD2! can some one give me a review? and he also told me to pick out my burberry jacket. whoohoo! all my lust are satisfied. okay at least most. so over the top.

the birth day.


So on Wednesday, the 4th of November, it was dear's birthday. (by the way, also my sister in law birthday!)
I cooked longevity noodles for him. (foo chow mian xian) It was again my debut.

#Chinese Red Wine Chicken Soup with Noodles and a Hard Boiled Egg.
The soup was cooked and boiled the night before so the fragrance was already all over in the house.
And after breakfast, we set off at 9am to fremantle.
For whale watching. The two hours trip out on the sea was kind of enduring for me because I was a liltle sea sick for the last 40 minutes or so. But then again, it must be the birthday luck because we not only manage to take a glimpse at the humback whale from afar but the of them actually started circling out vessel and teased us. So we've got quite an up close experience. I must say it was GIGANTIC!

After the trip, dear treated me to japanese food at PINKRICE.

The fish roe was like half the sushi. So i must say its quite satisfying to have a mouthful of them.
After we had our lunch, we went to the oriental store to get the steamboat ingredients for dinner and then to city to pick out dear's present. I actually ald had the gift in mind but he have to be there to try before I can buy it so hence the special trip to city.

I made the grass jelly from instant sachet in the morning and it was ready to eat in the evening. The grass jelly was soft and smooth. YUMMY!

Prawns, scallops, squid, pork ball, beef ball, fish ball, assorted steamboat selection, seafood tofu, fried tofu, wongbak, tang hoon and plenty of golden mushroom.
We initially planned steamboat & barbeque but it was really way too much (we could not even finish steamboat).

So he had the honour to celebrate his birthday with a cake personally made by me. and seriously speaking, the cake was good. the biscuit based was well pressed. HA, thick skinned

and thats about the celebration. and I have lots of others photos of food stuff that I've made and yet to post. including green tea red bean mochi, savoury smoked chicken cheesecake and bentos.
But since exams are round the corner so shall not be busy with the blog till some time later.

Yes, the study week. But we actually still went out on date this week depsite being quite occupied with revisions. We went to watch All about Steve on Sunday. It was funny. but not to the extent of hilarious. Then wednesday was his birthday. and we're all going to Britney Spears Circus Concert tmr night! yes, the comeback pop singer, yadah yadah. Being exposed as lip syncronising and all but I dont care. because I'm sure it'll be good. because she's a perfomer. I'm just crossing my fingers for one thing. NO CLOWNS for her circus themed concert.
I'm awaiting my gift from my parents. WHoohoo!

Turning 22nd.


Well, obviouisly, its not me. Its MR SYLVESTER TIN CHUNG CHEE who is turning 22 today. we have plans ahead for today but lets cross our finger and hope that the rain does not spoil them.

It may not have been the smoothest week for us but I know the rest of this week is going to be great. Turning 22 is not a great deal, so don't fret about aging:P. cos i am growing older with you too. Happy Birthday Dear, and I hope you'll enjoy today and relax as much as possible because its going to be the hellish finals soon. I love you.
